Mrs. Zimmerman is the Tutor and Title I teacher at Piqua Catholic’s Downing Street Campus. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in fine arts from Ball State University in 2001. She received her master’s degree from Marygrove College in 2004. Mrs. Z, as she is commonly addressed by her students, has been with Piqua Catholic since 2005. She believes that every child can learn and grow but the path to success for each student occurs differently. Children have individual needs and learning styles and progress at individual paces. Mrs. Z. takes great pride in assessing each student and making the learning experience a positive one.
