JR. HIGH DANCE AT PIQUA CATHOLIC
This Friday in the Piqua Catholic gym (503 North St) will be a Jr High Dance!
All Jr High students from Piqua Catholic, St Pats and Holy Angels are invited from 7-10pm.
Cost is $5.00 and there will be a DJ and water is provided.
Beginning Monday, January 23rd through January 27th, during both lunch periods the students may bring in money to determine which teacher will kiss a pig!
You heard that right! During Catholic Schools Week the teacher that has raised the most money by Monday, January 30th will have to give Porky a smooch on the snout!
If your child also wishes to pucker up and kiss the pig too then they may bring in a $1.00 donation.

Who doesn’t like breakfast for dinner? The K of C will sponsor a Pancake dinner at the North St cafeteria.

Piqua Pizza Supply order forms went out right before Christmas break but if you did not get one or need a new one, call the office any time and we will send one home with your child.
All orders forms and money will be due by Friday, January 20th.
The items may be picked up in the North St. cafeteria on Wednesday, February 8th from Noon to 4:00 and Thursday and Friday, February 9th and 10th from 8:15-4:00pm during school hours.
**Please note that we have limited freezer space at the school so the earlier you are able to pick up your items, the better.

From Tuesday, January 17th through Friday, January 20th, the Water for South Sudan team is sponsoring a penny "war".
Students 1st grade through 8th grade are encouraged to bring in as many pennies as they can throughout the week to help their class raise the most money.
At the end of the week, the pennies will be counted to determine the winning class.
The winning class will earn a donut 🍩party!
All money raised will go toward the Water for South Sudan team's fundraising efforts. Good luck!

Piqua Catholic is on a 2 hour delay today, 1/12/23 due to dense fog. Our preschool is closed today. Be safe!
Our Spanish competitions have begun!
Each student is given one minute to answer the question asked of them but they must answer correctly in Spanish!
We will continue our competition until we only have one person left who has answered all the questions correctly and that student will get a gift card and an African bracelet from Mr. Fall.
Keep studying your Spanish and good luck everyone!

Our cafeteria is in desperate need of volunteers who are Safe Pariah trained, to come and help from 9:30am until 12:30pm. Any day you can come would be greatly appreciated!
